Parent and Child Sessions
"Rejoice with your family in the beautiful land of life."
Albert Einstein
This program is open to children between the ages of 5 months through 2 years – 2 months and to both, or either, of their parents. Especially helpful for the shy or very attached child, together we ease into the formal school setting of learning, and we experience and introduce the wide world of education and socialization. Your child will have a variety of educational opportunities affording the earliest learners to experience everything from gross motor skills to music, art and sensory fun, to early math and language acquisition plus literacy fun under the careful guidance and direction of a certified and licensed teacher. Classes meet once a week and we offer a variety of times and days to suit your schedule. New sessions start every 8 weeks. Children will graduate into a toddler or preschool class.
During the sessions, there is playtime and touch stimulation programs to encourage each baby’s physical, intellectual and social development, while reinforcing the bond with the parent. Healthy relationships allow for social opportunities for parents and children alike. Parents can develop close relationships with other parents, while babies receive their first social experience and interaction with other children. The toddlers enjoy playing with other toddlers and playing side-by-side. They learn to share, follow positive behavior, play independently and develop good listening skills, all while having the confidence of a parent being nearby.
